Adverb

An adverb is a word that qualifies a verb, adjective, and another adverb.
Ex- 
  • Ram runs fast
  • This is very sweet mango
  • Ram reads quite clearly ( किसी हद तक)

2. Adverb of place ( where)
3. Adverb of manner (what manner)
4. Adverb of degree/quantity (how much)

1. Adverb of time – when ( time)
early – जल्दी/ तुरन्त
before- पहले
now- अब
daily- रोज
late-  देर
lately – देरी से
already – बहुत पहले
ago-  पहले
soon- जल्दी 
never – कभी नहीं
formerly- पुर्व मे
somewhat- किसी हद तक
 
2. Adverb of place – where(place)
here  – यहाँ
there- वहाँ
outside- बाहर
inside- अंदर
up- ऊपर
everywhere- हर जगह
out- बाहर
in  – अंदर
backward- पीछे
above- ऊपर
below – नीचे
under नीचे
 
3. Adverb of manner – (what manner)
fast – तेज
fastly- तेजी  से
Slowly – धीरे- धीरे
quickly- जल्दी से
clearly- साफ- साफ
well – अच्छा
hard- कठोर
bravely – बहादुरी से
sadly -उदासी भरा
kindly – दया पर्वक
loudly – जोर से
carefully- सावधानी से

so  – बहुत

always- हमेशा
never – कभी नहीं
seldom- कभी- कभी
often – अकसर
again- फिर से
early-  जल्दी

only – मात्र

rather – बल्कि/ किसी हद तक

greatly  – अत्यधिक (very much)

highly – अत्यन्त
simply सधारण रूप मे
totaly-  पर्ण रूप से
utterly – पर्णतया

completely – संपुर्ण रूप से
entirely – पुरी तरह से

just – तुरन्त

least – कम से कम
most- अधिक
nearly करीब से 

ly word   –

continually – without stopping
 
orally – by spoken word
 
naturally- without special cultivation
 
shortly – in a short time
 
voluntarily – without being compelled by anyone /suddenly
 
simultaneously- at the same time 
instantaneously- in an instant ( at once)
undoubtedly – without doubt
 
briefly – in a few words
 
unanimously – without anyone opposing.

How to select Adjective & Adverb- 
1. Adjective- She spoke in a loud voice.
Adverb- Don’t talk loudly.

2. Adjective- Bumrah is our fast bowler

Adverb- Bumrah can bowl fast .

3. Adjective-He lives in the next house.

Adverb-When I next see him, I shall speak to him.

4. Adjective- He went to the back entrance.

Adverb- Go back.

5. Adjective-This is a hard sum.

Adverb-He works hard all day.

6. Adjective-He is the best boy in the class.

Adverb-He behaves best.

7. He is quick to take offense.

Adverb-Run quick.

8. Adjective-Are you an early riser.

Adverb-We rises early.

9. Adjective-The teacher has a high opinion of that boy.

Adverb-He thinks high.

10. Adjective- He is the only child of his parents

Adverb-You can only guess.

11. Adjective-We have food enough to last a week.

Adverb- She sings well enough.

12. Adjective -He no better than a fool.

Adverb-He knows me better than you

13. Adjective-He does this kind of work never.

Adverb- He never goes to market.

14. Adjective – We play games fast.

Adverb- We run fast.

15. He sings very loud 

16. Rohit is a rather lazy boy.

Already – पहले से

Just – तुरंत

Usually – अकसर

In the park -पार्क मे

Eternal-  without a end ,continuing forever- 

 ( न खत्म होने वाला)
