How many countries have successfully soft landed on the Moon ?
There are four countries in the world who successfully soft landed on the moon .
1. RUSSIA – 1959, 1966,1970
2. UNITED STATES AMERICA – 1966,2022
3. CHINA – 2013 ,2019
4. INDIA (Chandrayaan3)- 23 August 2023
- India became the first ever country in the world to land near the lunar South pole on 2023 .
- Russia First time landed on the Moon 1959 .
- United States America holds the highest numbers of soft landing on the moon ( total -11) Apollo 11mission .
