INTRODUCTION

Every human being is born with certain rights, such as life, health, freedom, justice, and protection against exploitation and crime .these rights are not granted by any one of the government but are inherited with every person, irrespective of caste, creed color or poverty. However, it is not mankind, especially the victims of war, prisoners slave, apartheid .poor and illiterates .the human rights are often violated by the individuals, police, military, and even the government.

Taking cognizance of this fact and concerned with the offense at international level .T he United nation on 10  December  1948 adopted the universal declaration of human right .it given the basic right, namely the right to free speech, freedom of movement,  judicial rights and right to take part in the governance of their country. The social and economic rights include the right of equality without any discrimination of sex, caste, creed, race, or color further the human right includes the right to live with dignity, right to enjoy the life, and right to pay for equal work.

 

Apartheid –the former political system in South Africa in which only white people had full political rights and other people especially black people were forced to live away  from white people, go to separate schools, etc (Nelson Mandela played a key role to rule out this perception)

Slave –a person who is owned by another person and is forced to work for them.

Cognizance –knowledge or understanding of something.
